In this new research, Chris mentation the definition of Cooperative learning which is “Cooperative learning is the process of breaking a classroom of students into small groups so they can Discover a new concept together and help each other learn “(2018).

In decades of exploration of learning plans, cooperative learning is undoubtedly a powerful and effective teaching strategy for learners. So people want to know how learners work with each other(Chris, 2018). When I read this paper, I also have the following questions: What challenges will learners encounter in the process of cooperative learning? What are the disadvantages of cooperative learning? Do the benefits outweigh the disadvantages, or how is it worth learning cooperatively?

Cooperative learning is a kind of learning model that learners naturally hang in heavy study. The central point of organizing classmates to cooperate and help each other is that learners influence each other with a positive attitude and also focus on their learning, but it is much more than that because learners are socializing at the same time. Sociability can be a strength or a weakness, depending entirely on the status of the peer you meet in the study group, slacker or positive(Chris, 2018).

Melissa believes that when learners cooperate can they learn something the textbook didn’t teach(2019). Learners will learn how to cooperate, who should be responsible for what parts of the task and take corresponding responsibilities, such as completing your homework on time, and learn how to solve problems and manage conflicts on their own(Melissa,2019).

In conclusion, the benefits of cooperative learning will certainly outweigh the disadvantages. I emphatically believe that any difficulties learners encounter in cooperative learning will only cause temporary troubles. In the long run, any challenges overcome will become learners’ experience and nutrients, enabling learners to grow up and learn to deal with any difficulties better.
